The 10 commandments in Exodus chapter 20 are for our eternal good.
We are to overcome appetite and sins through the strength of our LORD Jesus Christ. The original diet in the garden of Eden was the best. The LORD GOD is trying to bring us back to a simple diet of fruits, nuts, whole grains, and vegetables, and have us in the best health so that we can be strengthened to proclaim the everlasting gospel message to all the world and be ready for His soon return.
